We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for large orders. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
Yes! Once your order is placed, you'll receive email updates at each stage — design approval, production start, and dispatch. You'll also receive a tracking number when your order ships.
As our cups are custom-printed to your specification, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we'll make it right.
Standard production takes 7–10 business days after artwork approval, plus 2–5 business days for delivery within Australia. Rush options are available — contact us to discuss expedited timelines for your project.
